Led by Mansi, Zamalek defeat Al Masry 4-0 and tighten their grip on the top spot

Zamalek secured an impressive 4-1 victory over Al Masry in a strong performance during the opening round of the Egyptian Premier League title phase, maintaining their position at the top of the table.

The match started with high intensity, as Al Masry took an early lead, but Zamalek quickly responded and turned the game around with an attacking display.

Fast Response After Early Setback


Al Masry opened the scoring in the 13th minute through Osama El Zamraoui after an assist from Salah Mohsen. However, Zamalek equalized in the 30th minute when Odai Al Dabbagh converted a penalty.

Just before halftime, Nasser Mansi scored the second goal in the 43rd minute, giving Zamalek the advantage going into the break.

Attacking Power Seals the Win
In the second half, Zamalek maintained control and made tactical adjustments to strengthen their attack.

Nasser Mansi added his second and the team’s third goal in the 74th minute with a powerful strike, before Hossam Abdelmaguid sealed the 4-1 win in the 86th minute after a well-delivered pass from Abdallah El Said.

With this victory, Zamalek increased their tally to 46 points at the top of the standings, while Al Masry remained in fifth place with 32 points, as the title race continues.
