Abdullah El-Said's dispute with Zamalek has continued after the midfielder missed the team's training camp in the New Administrative Capital, with the player reportedly insisting on receiving outstanding financial dues before returning to training and joining his teammates ahead of the new season.

According to the reports cited by several sources, the dispute revolves around approximately EGP 8 million, representing the remaining percentage of El-Said's contract from last season. The situation has led the player to stay away from the camp until an agreement is reached with the club's management.

Outstanding Dues at the Heart of El-Said's Absence

Zamalek resumed its training program after the players were given a day off, but Abdullah El-Said remained absent from the camp because of his position regarding his unpaid dues.

Sources reported that Zamalek officials have been in contact with the player in an attempt to resolve the dispute and secure his return to the team. One of the proposed solutions involves paying part of the outstanding amount initially, with the remainder to be settled later.

Zamalek's management is working to contain the situation and prevent the dispute from continuing, particularly as the club prepares for a demanding season featuring several domestic and continental competitions, including the Egyptian Premier League and CAF Champions League, as well as the Egypt Cup, Egypt Capital Cup and Egyptian Super Cup.

Mediators have also reportedly become involved in an attempt to bridge the gap between the player and the club's management, while head coach Moataz Gamal continues preparing the rest of the squad during the training camp.

The key question now is whether the ongoing talks will succeed in resolving Abdullah El-Said's financial dispute and allow him to return to the camp before the start of the season, or whether his absence will continue and the crisis will escalate at Zamalek.
