Al Ahly have completed the signing of Algerian striker Moncef Bakrar from Croatian side Dinamo Zagreb in a deal worth around €3 million, according to multiple reports, as the Egyptian giants continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.

The Red Devils are said to have reached a final agreement with Dinamo Zagreb after concluding negotiations between the two clubs, with Bakrar now set to become Al Ahly's latest summer signing.

Deal Worth Up to €3.5 Million

Reports indicate that Al Ahly will pay an initial fee of approximately €3 million, with an additional €500,000 in performance-related bonuses.

The agreement also includes clauses in Dinamo Zagreb's favour, including bonuses linked to Bakrar's goals and achievements with Al Ahly, as well as a sell-on percentage should the striker secure a future transfer.

Bakrar has reportedly signed his contract with Al Ahly.

Medical Before Official Announcement

The Algerian international is expected to arrive in Cairo in the coming hours to complete his medical before Al Ahly announces the transfer.

The move forms part of the club's efforts to reinforce the squad before the new campaign, with head coach Hussein Ammouta eager to have his full group available ahead of the pre-season training camp in Spain.

Bakrar is expected to add pace, physicality and greater competition in attack as Al Ahly prepare for another demanding domestic and continental campaign.
