Hamza Abdel Karim continued his good form with Barcelona’s youth team after scoring an important goal against Las Palmas in the Champions Cup semi-final, helping his side secure a 2-0 win and qualify for the final against Real Madrid.

Hamza’s goal came in the first half after a composed finish in front of goal, as he made good use of the chance to put Barcelona ahead, before the Catalan side added a second goal in the second half to seal qualification.

His performance in this match comes during a positive spell since joining Barcelona from Al Ahly on loan, as he has gradually started to establish himself in the team and present himself as one of the attacking players worth following in the coming period.

Goal Toward the Final

The importance of Hamza’s goal is not limited to helping Barcelona qualify. It also came at an important time for the player himself, especially after his recent inclusion in Egypt’s squad, which has brought more attention to his performances with Barcelona.

The player now has an important opportunity to continue proving himself in the Champions Cup final against Real Madrid, a match that will give him a strong test against a major opponent and could increase interest in his experience at the Catalan club if he performs well.

Reports have also indicated that Barcelona are monitoring the player’s development, especially as his move from Al Ahly includes a purchase option, making the coming period important in determining his future with the club.

A New Step for Hamza

Hamza Abdel Karim is still at the beginning of his European experience, so it remains too early to make a final judgment on his future. However, what he has shown so far reflects an encouraging start, especially after leaving a clear mark in an important match for his team.

At the Egypt national team level, his progress at Barcelona gives the coaching staff a young attacking option to follow in the coming period, particularly if he continues to play and score regularly.

Hamza’s celebration in the style of Mohamed Salah after his goal also attracted attention, but it remains a side detail compared to the more important point: his continued development and growing confidence on the pitch.

Hamza now awaits the Champions Cup final against Real Madrid, in a match that will be another opportunity to show his abilities, whether to Barcelona officials or those following the Egypt national team.

Overall, what Hamza Abdel Karim has shown with Barcelona’s youth team so far is a positive sign, but he still needs consistency for this promising start to turn into a real step forward in his professional career.
