Abu Qir Fertilizers have officially announced the departure of head coach Magdy Abdel Ati after the club's board accepted his resignation following a disappointing run of results in the Egyptian Premier League.

The decision comes during a difficult period for the team, which has struggled to deliver positive results in the opening rounds of the season.

The poor start prompted Abdel Ati to step down, leaving the club looking for a fresh start and a way to improve its performances.

Abu Qir Accept Abdel Ati's Resignation

Abu Qir Fertilizers' board thanked Magdy Abdel Ati for his efforts during his time in charge and officially confirmed that his resignation had been accepted.

The decision followed the team's latest defeat against Petroleum Assiut, a result that added further pressure after a difficult start to the league campaign.

Following that defeat, Abdel Ati submitted his resignation to the club's management, bringing his time as head coach to an end.

His departure closes a challenging chapter for Abu Qir Fertilizers, with the team unable to achieve the results it had hoped for at the beginning of the season.
